  • How to change the portal skin/theme ?

    To change the portal skins/theme,

    1. Click Settings link on the top right corner of the window.
    2. Select the required skin.
  • How to change language for the portal?

    To change the language,

    1. Click Settings link on the top right corner of the window.
    2. Click Language button.
    3. Select the required language from the drop down and click Update Language Settings button.
  • How to change the personal profile details ?

    To change your personal profile details,

    1. Click Settings link on the top right corner of the window.
    2. Click Profile button.
    3. Enter your profile details and click Update Profile details.
  • How to change the password ?

    To change your existing password,

    1. Click Settings link on the top right corner of the window.
    2. Click Password button.
    3. Enter your old password, new password and retype your new password to confirm your password.
    4. Click Change Password button.
  • How to upload my photo ?

    To upload your photo,

    1. Click Settings link on the top right corner of the window.
    2. Click photo button.
    3. Click Change Photo link.
    4. Browse the required photo and click Upload Photo button.

    Note:
    • Supported file formats are jpeg/gif/png/jpeg
    • File size should be less than 500KB
    • Preferred size of an image is 120 x 120 in pixels.
  • How to change the company profile ?

    To change the company profile,

    1. Click Settings link on the top right corner of the window.
    2. Click Company Settings tab, enter the company profile details.
    3. Click Update Profile button.
  • How to change date/time format ?

    To change the date/time format,

    1. Click Settings link on the top right corner of the window.
    2. Click Company Settings tab.
    3. Click Date Format Settings button.
    4. Select the required date and time format.
    5. Click Update Format Settings button.
  • How to change the company logo ?

    To change the company logo,

    1. Click Settings link on the top right corner of the window.
    2. Click Company Settings tab.
    3. Click Logo button.
    4. Click change logo link.
    5. Browse the required logo and click Upload Logo button.

    Note:
    • Logo size should be 130 x 50 in pixels.
    • Supported file formats are jpg/gif/png/jpeg.
    • File size should be less than 500 KB.
  • How to change the powered by logo ?

    To change the powered by logo,

    1. Click Settings link on the top right corner of the window.
    2. Click Company Settings tab.
    3. Click Powered by Logo button.
    4. Click change power logo link.
    5. Browse the required photo and click Upload Power Logo button.

    Note:
    • Powered By Logo size should be 52 x 19 in pixels.
  • How to add user to an organization ?

    To add user to an organization,

    1. Click Settings link on the top right corner of the window.
    2. Click People View tab and click Add User button.
    3. Enter email address, select the user role and the projects to which the user has to be added.
    4. Enter personal note, if required.
    5. Click Add User button.
  • How to send message to organization members ?

    To send message,

    1. Click Settings link on the top right corner of the window.
    2. Click People View tab and click Send Message button.
    3. Enter the subject name, message and select the users from the list.
    4. Click Send Message button.
  • How to edit organizational role for an existing user ?

    To edit the organizational role,

    1. Click Settings link on the top right corner of the window.
    2. Click People View tab.
    3. Click Edit icon shown to the right of the required user.
    4. Select the required company role and click Update Profile button.
  • How to delete user from an organization ?

    To delete an user from the organization,

    1. Click Settings link on the top right corner of the window.
    2. Click People View tab.
    3. Click Delete icon shown to the right of the required user.
    4. Click OK button from the alert message box.
  • How to add client company to an organization ?

    To add client company,

    1. Click Settings link on the top right corner of the window.
    2. Click Client View tab and click Add Client button.
    3. Enter client company name and select the projects to which the client company has to be added.
    4. Click Add Client button.
  • How to add client user to the client company ?

    To add client user,

    1. Click Settings link on the top right corner of the window.
    2. Click Client View tab and click Add Client User icon.
    3. Enter the email address of the client user.
    4. Click Add Client User button.

Log on to your Zoho account (https://accounts.zoho.com) and click on the 'My Email IDs' link present on the left panel.

Click "Edit" link to the right of the email address, change your email address and click "Save" button to successfully change the email address.

I uploaded a logo, then uploaded a newer one. But once I log out, it defaults back to the original one I uploaded. Is there a way to change to a new logo and have it save that way?

To upload a logo, click 'settings' link on the top right corner --> click 'company settings' --> click 'Logo' and change the required logo.


Once done the uploaded logo will persist until the portal owner or administrator changes the logo. Please check once again and keep us updated about the same.

Its not possible for you to change the portal owner as the portal owner changes are done in our side.

Add the required user as administrator in the portal and then mail the user's email address to support[at]zohoprojects[dot]com, so that we can do the portal owner change.

Follow the steps mentioned above in this page to edit the user's role (How to edit organizational role for an existing user?) as administrator in the portal.

Its not possible to change the login name. This is because login name is an unique string that is mapped across all other Zoho Services(except Zoho CRM) as most of the Zoho Products are under single sign-on.


Single sign-on is the ability to login into different products with the same user name and password.

I'm trying to change the date format in my Zoho Project to mm/dd/yyyy instead of dd/mm/yyyy.


I followed the insturctions above, but there is no such "Date Settings Button"

Zoho Projects is fully based on Ajax functionality. Becasue of this functionality all the URLs will be login.do and bookmarking a page is not possible.

Yes, it is possible to change the portal URL. Send your existing and newly required portal URL to support[at]zohoprojects[dot]com, so that we can do the portal change, if available.


Note: No special characters allowed in the portal URL.

Currently, re-ordering task list template is not possible. But the tasks inside a task list template can be re-ordered.

We will analyze this feature (reorder task list template) and consider providing the same in future as per the priority.

As of now setting up "View only" user role is not possible. Apart from viewing, a user can edit/update/delete the tasks that are assigned to him/her.

Uploading the logo doesn't work. It shows a broken image. Even if I save the zoho logo and replace with my logo using the same file name. The image appears broken. I used jpg and gif and none work. I also made sure the size was correct.
This happens only with the logo on the upper left. The one on the bottom right "powered by" works OK.

Sorry that two of your users are asked to confirm their credentials.

To confirm the credentials, please ask your users to login to http://accounts.zoho.com --> click "My Email IDs" option --> click "resend confirmation mail" icon to the right of email address.

Uploading logo and powered by logo is working fine. Please try uploading logo (refresh the browser once after uploading the logo) and check whether the same problem exists or not.

If the same problem persists, please let me know for further assistance.
