How to create a Task list ?

To create a task list,
1. Click Tasks & Milestones tab.
2. Click New Task list button.
3. Enter the Task list name and select the related milestone.
4. Click Add Task list button.

How to create a Task list from a template ?

To create a task list from a template,
1. Click Tasks & Milestones tab.
2. Click New Task list button.
3. Click choose from templatelink.
4. Select the required template from the drop down
5. Select the related milestone and click Add Task list button.

How to edit a task list ?

To edit a task list
1. Place the mouse over the required task list.
2. Click Edit icon shown to left of the task list name.
3. Edit the task list and click Update Milestone button.

How to delete a task list ?

To delete a task list,
1. Place the mouse over the required task list.
2. Click Delete icon shown to left of the task list name.
3. Click OK button from the alert box.

How to make a task list template ?

To make a task list template,
1. Click Make as Template link under the required task list.

How to reorder task list ?

To reorder task list,

Click Reorder Task list link shown below the milestone.
Drag and drop the task list as required.
Click Save Task list order link.

How to view the user wise tasks as on today?

Normally I assign different project works to different users at the same time. Hence I need to know what works are assigned to a particular user?
or the Userwise Projectwise List of tasks?

To view user wise tasks for today, Login to your portal --> Go to "Home Page" --> Click "By Users" option just below WELCOME PAGE option --> select "Today" option from SHOW drop down --> select the required user from FOR drop down.

Once done, tasks, milestones and meetings assigned to that user will be displayed.

Can you add multiple tasks in one go?

I have 40 tasks to add that are used for every event we run and we would then add these as templates ones uploaded.
