Timesheet

                Timesheet is used to record the start and end time of tasks, or just the duration. It may contain a detailed breakdown of tasks accomplished throughout the project. This information may be used for payroll, client billing, and increasingly for project costing, estimation, tracking and management.



Options associated with Timesheet:


                                        The options associated with timesheet are discussed below,


Log Time:

   

    Log time for any task can be logged into Time sheet by providing information given below,

   

    1.Date(select date from calendar)

    2.Task(selecting the task worked for from the dropdown list)

    3.Hours spent

    4.Notes

    5.Billing status(Billable or Non Billable)

 

Export:

Time sheet can be exported on various criteria,such as

   

    1. For different Users in a project.

    2. Into different formats like xls and csv as per the user's requirement.

    3. For different billing status like All(Billable & Non-Billable), Billable or Non-Billable.

 

Create Invoice:

                This option is used to create a invoice, indicating the products, quantities, and agreed prices for products the seller has provided the buyer.    

 

List View:

                  Timesheet can also be viewed in list as shown below. In List view, the timesheet can be viewed by users and by date. Its possible to view timesheet of all the users in the project.

    

 

Show Billable / Non-Billable:

                Show Billable option is used to show the hours spent on tasks, which can be billed per working hour. On the other hand Show Non-Billable option is used to show the hours spent on tasks which are non-billable.
