Resource Management is a large part of any Project, how is this best acheived...i.e as in MSProject you can see available time, over allocation etc.

Currently, importing time sheet values from any format into the timesheet module is not possible in Zoho Projects.
Uploading the time sheet file of any format into documents is possible, which will be maintained in the documents module of the projects and will not be reflected in the time sheet module of that project.
To upload in documents module, go to the required project --> click 'Documents' tab and upload the file.

Sorry about the issue you faced. Next version of file would have failed to get uploaded because of File Name mismatch or Content Type mismatch.
File Name mismatch: File name of previous version and current uploaded file name does not match.
Content Type mismatch: File mimetype of previous version and uploaded file mimetype are not the same.(Eg):i,e Previous version of the file is a jpg and uploading version of a file is a xls.
So, try uploading a new version of the existing file with correct file name/file extension and let us know whether you are able to upload successfully or not.

Currently, company & user settings are stored in our central IAM server and the setting changes will reflect after 5 minutes time. This is because of the caching method used in our IAM server.
So, please update company profile and check for the changes after 5 minutes time.
Note: iSetting changes will be reflected immediately in Zoho Projects 2.0 as the caching method is not used in Zoho Projects 2.0.

If the timezone set in Google Calendar is different from the timezone set in your projects account, then all the project activities will be displayed as per the timezone set in Google Calendar.
To avoid this make sure that the time zone in your projects account and Google Calendar are the same.

Please can you help?
After I fill in fields in Company Profile at http://japanmusicweek.projects.zoho.com
it says "updated successfully" but returns the previous blank/wrong settings..

When syncing with Google Cal, it is importing in the wrong timezone and thus displaying the incorrect times. I am trying to use Central Time and have selected that timezone on my company information tab. Is there a specific "Central" time that I need to select in order for Google to import correctly?

From the screen shot, it's clear that the task lists are collapsed. Please click the 'Expand Milestones' option just above the 'Dependency View' tab to view the collapsed task lists.

Admin user can be deleted only by the portal owner.
If you are the portal owner, then login to your portal --> click 'settings' option --> click 'People View' tab --> click 'Delete icon' to the right of the admin user.

Somehow changing information in the profile is not working properly. I tried it several times. but it kept jumping back to the old information. My colleague has also encountered this problem

Currently, it's not possible to assign wage to a user in Zoho Projects. The user can enter hours in time sheet for the tasks they worked.

Currently, it's not possible to copy an existing project. But you can create a new project template and then use that template while creating new projects.
All the milestones/tasks/documents/forum posts/users in the project template will be included in the project, when the project is created with the help of project template.

No, MS Projects import is available in Free Plan too.
Login to your (pre)projects account --> In Home page, you will find Import MPP option --> click the Import MPP option --> upload the mpp file --> associate with the required project members.
Once done the mpp file will be uploaded into Zoho Projects and users will be assigned to the tasks in that project.
